The band is comprised of 4 veteran musicians with a passion for putting on a rock show. It started out as a weekly jam session that has now turned into a versatile powerhouse of all things rock. The band specializes in 90s music, but will venture into any decade to throw the crowd a curve ball or two. Windows Down is comprised of Devin Birch (Drums), Gabe Calabro (Guitar/ Vocals), Colin Cusack (Bass Guitar/Vocals) and Shaun Cusack (Guitar/Vocals).
7:00-9:30pm: JammSammich
Come and see the 2nd to last show ever of one of the areas premiere classic rock bands. Jammsammich is committed to the ultimate good time. Going 25 years strong, Jammsammich, the readers of the River City Times voted Jammsammich ” Peoria’s favorite band” many times over. The formula of groove-driven funk and R&B, retro 80’s tunes, island jams, and liberal doses of comedy has proven to be one of the most potent and fun Central Illinois bands.

All good things must come to an end…
As the reality sets in that, after 27 years, Peoria’s Perennial Party Rock Band, JammSammich is calling it a day, it’s worth noting that the band is going out as friends-who-are-like-family and with a bucket list that has been checked full many times over.
Formed in the late nineties - in a post-grunge world that thankfully, was ready to dance and have a good time - JammSammich started out as a funk and disco show - specializing in the music of Earth, Wind & Fire, Stevie Wonder and James Brown. Evolving over time to encompass almost EVERY flavor of music in their shared influence, a strong Midwest following was established and the band enjoyed two and a half decades of monster shows, entertained crowds at top venues like the House of Blues, as guests of the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field, on the Las Vegas Strip - even aboard a floating party cruise on Lake Tahoe. JammSammich headlined the largest festivals in and around Central Illinois and shared the stage with legendary rocker, Rick Springfield! Even more notable were the opportunities the band was afforded to give back, supporting causes like the St Jude Children’s Hospital and First Responders. And weddings - almost 100 weddings over 27 years.
This Summer, the band mounts their last hurrah - as band members tend to other projects - and non-musical interests. These last few shows will be a celebration of not only the band and the memories made - but the fans and friends who have made it all worthwhile. Don’t miss a chance to get in the GrooveQuake - May 29th, Peoria Heights Summer Kickoff at Tower Park….
